Tutorial - Setting up ConnectWise Automate Integration

  1. Carefully followConnectWise Automate - Permission Requirementsfor information on service account requirements.

  2. Once your service account/Automate user is ready - on the ezdeploy portal click on Settings then click on Automate icon to configure. Provide your Automate instance URL and your service account Username and Password.

  3. Configure the Agent Server Password as per CW Automate Agent Installation/Signup Issue workaround

  4. Click Save RMM Credentials button to save.
