  1. Carefully followConnectWise Automate - Permission Requirementsfor information on service account requirements.

  2. Once your service account/Automate user is ready then click on Settings>Automate to configure. Provide your Automate instance URL and your service account Username and Password.

  3. Additionally as of Automate 2021 - we highly recommend you also configure the Agent Server Password as per CW Automate Agent Installation/Signup Issue workaround

  4. Click Update RMM Credentials button to save.
