Create a Incoming Webhook in your desired Teams channel. If you are not familiar with their creation see Microsoft doc https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/platform/webhooks-and-connectors/how-to/add-incoming-webhook#create-incoming-webhook-1
In the MSP Toolshed portal click on Settings then click on Teams icon to configure.
Enter the WebhookUrl created in Step 1.
You have two choices for Send Notifications when
A Deployment Starts and Completes
A Deployment Completes
Timezone Offset - entered desired Offset - example -06 is UTC Central.
