Microsoft Teams Integration

Setup

1. Create a Incoming Webhook in your desired Teams channel. If you are not familiar with their creation see Microsoft doc https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/platform/webhooks-and-connectors/how-to/add-incoming-webhook#create-incoming-webhook-1

2. In the MSP Toolshed portal click on Settings then click on Teams icon to configure.
   

   

3. Enter the WebhookUrl created in Step 1.

4. You have two choices for Send Notifications when

   1. A Deployment Starts and Completes

   2. A Deployment Completes

5. Timezone Offset - entered desired Offset - example -06 is UTC Central.

6. Click on Update Teams Credentials to save.

Usage

1. You will get notification in the Teams channel once you create the Incoming Webhook as well as once you have updated your Teams Credentials with the Incoming Webhook information.
   

   

2. Depending on your selection for Send Notifications - example of messages generated:
