ConnectWise has made a change and the msi installer is no longer available as direct download. It has changed to be a zip file containing a msi, a mst and a bat file.
All CW Cloud instances are affected as they received Patch 7 as of July 22-24 and ezdeploy will not install the Automate Agent at this time.
Development is evaluating the changes needed to accommodate this change.
If you are premise Automate and have not installed Patch 7 yet - we recommend you hold off until we have a solution in place. Anyone on 2024 Patch 6 or older are not affected and agent deployment will continue as normal.
Workaround would be that after running OneTouch you would manually install the Automate Agent. The OneTouch however would have skipped running any RMM Scripts in the configuration profile as the agent was missing. After manually installing the Automate agent you could then create a new configuration profile with just the RMM Scripts you need to run - create a WebStart with no agent deployment to run your new configuration profile RMM Script Items. The run your WebStart msi against the machine to finish your deployment needs.
