User Management
You can view/add/disable additional users if you are logged into the ezdeploy Portal as the owner/primary email address for the subscription or if you have been granted User Management Access.
Menu Bar options:
New | Select to add new engineer |
Delete | Select engineer then click to delete |
Actions>User Management Access>Enable | Designate selected engineer access to User Management page |
Actions>User Management Access>Disable | Remove selected engineer access to User Management page |
Show Column Chooser | Click to display columns to show/hide or drag to change order |
Column header row | You can click on any column header to drag/reorder columns as needed |
Filter row | Filter row of the table allows you to filter as needed |
Adding a new engineer
Click New - fill out the First Name. Last Name and E-mail then click Submit.
User will receive an invitation email with instructions.
The invitation will come from “noreply@ezdeploy.io” so the recipient may need to check their spam folder or if any email filtering is in place - allow from our email address/domain.Once click the Accept Invitation the user will be taken to Sign Up
The options will be to either:
Create an Auth0 local account that will be enabled with MFA
CONTINUE WITH MICROSOFT ACCOUNT - use this link to associated directly to your existing Microsoft Account that supports Azure AD user authentication.
Link A selection
Enter email, password and confirm password then click CONTINUEYou will be prompted to secure your account. Use Microsoft Authenticator or whatever MFA app you like, and scan the QR code, and input the MFA code then continue.
That will complete sign up process and allow you to login to ezdeploy Portal.
Link B Selection
This will take you to Microsoft Sign inYou will enter email address then click Next.
You may have multiple Microsoft accounts listed to choose from - normally you would be selecting Work or school account - select the primary account you use to access your organizations resources for Active Directory/Office 365 etc.
If your existing Microsoft account already has MFA enforcement you may see prompt like this from Microsoft or another MFA provider like DUO.
If you are the first person in your organization to link - Microsoft will prompt you to allow ezdeploy Authentication to read your profile - click Accept.
That will complete sign up process and allow you to login to ezdeploy Portal.
If you go to your Settings>User Settings you will see Connected with Microsoft Azure AD noted
